Capriana at Chino Hills

I lived at Capriana for two months and want to give a fair, no-nonsense review of my experience — the good and the bad, and why I ultimately decided to move. The Good: 1. The staff here is excellent. The ladies in the office were always friendly, professional, and did their best to accommodate me. Never once did I feel dismissed or brushed off. 2. Amenities are solid: decent gym, nice pool, dog park, food trucks, Amazon package lockers (huge perk if you get deliveries often). 3. Everything is app-based — even opening the main gate for guests or delivery drivers, which I thought was a really convenient feature. 4. I lived in Capriana for about a year before relocating to San Francisco for work, and it has easily been the best apartment experience I’ve had. I’ve lived in several areas before—Glendale, Downtown LA, Arcadia, and Irvine—and Capriana stands out by far. The rent is competitive in the area but much cheaper comparing to places like Irvine. The staff are friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. The environment is excellent: a quiet, remote neighborhood where you can hear birds singing in the morning. The apartment itself is well built; the walls are solid enough that noise rarely carries through, which I especially appreciated since I own a set of speakers. I’m really enjoying living at Capriana. The maintenance team is always fast and does excellent work whenever something needs attention. The pool area is always clean and enjoyable, and the entire community is well maintained. The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and the management team is professional and very helpful. Overall, I’m very happy to be part of this community.

Carlos is thorough and he doesn’t miss a detail! I so appreciate his prompt and attentive work after I moved in to Capriana!
