The Clarion Apartments

I’m a current resident at The Clarion and recently moved into a new unit, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. The agent, Regis who helped me made the entire transition so easy and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond, checked in often, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. Moving can be overwhelming, but this experience was smooth and positive, and I really appreciate the care and effort that was put into helping me. Grateful to call The Clarion home.

Moving in was amazing and fast thanks to Regis M. This is my first time getting an apartment and I was very anxious, but the customer service and assistance provided from MOST of the staff was top teir. I'm very hopeful for the time I'll be staying at The Clarion.

Applicant processor is very unprofessional likes to give the run around and waste your time but thanks to her negligence I was saved from dealing with disgusting vermin it seems like you guys have a rat problem ! I wouldn’t want my hard earned dollars coming to this place another falsely advertised quickly built overpriced property. It seems like I’m not the only one who agrees that the leasing is below stellar. Imagine being threatened to have your lease terminated. Unacceptable.

Balcony hadn't been swept off along with visible cobb & spiders webs as well as the dryer wasn't connected. Now that I've been my apt since August, my experience has changed. My experience has changed for the better. The office manager and staff has changed. The office staff is always happy to see me and always willing to help. Sometimes I go in just to chat and Mr. Regis is always willing to chat a bit and always professional. 5 star office staff

I do not live here; I visited as a prospective resident hoping to tour the community. When I arrived, the leasing office door was locked, despite the sign indicating that the office was open. Confused, I gently tried the door a few times, after which someone opened it and said something to the effect of, “We’re at lunch right now—what do you want?” I explained that I was hoping to tour the property. He asked if I had an appointment, and I told him I did not, as I wasn’t aware one was required. He responded that most places require appointments, which has not been my experience, as I’ve toured many communities without one.
