The Boulders on Fern Apartment Homes

Being new to Louisiana, I wasn't sure what to expect, but The Boulders on Fern is honestly my favorite apartment community after years of renting in 4 different metro areas. The price may be a little on the higher end of the scale for the area, but it is well worth it for a quality, well maintained, and safe apartment community. I honestly have zero complaints since moving in and that is so rare. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a pleasant experience living at The Boulders on Fern. The apartments are clean. The community feels safe. Whole Foods and Target are only minutes away. Plus there's pretty good dining options in the area.

We have lived here going on two years now and we love it. The community is very nice, quiet and we have never had any issues with other tenants. The staff is always very helpful and very quick with their responses. The maintenance staff is excellent as well. Every service request we have put in is usually fixed the next day at the latest. It is also very peaceful and quiet. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy during the summer. Highly recommend.

I LOVE The Boulders on Fern. My husband and I have lived here for eight months, and we can't complain about anything. I looked at SO many apartments, but these were by far the nicest (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and attached garage). Safety is one of my biggest concerns, so having an apartment complex, that actually keeps the gate CLOSED is amazing, and having a garage I can park in before getting out of my car just adds an extra safety feature. Steve, the head of maintenance, is fantastic; we've never had to wait more than 24-48 hours to get anything repaired. The location is fantastic; my husband never complains about having to run to the store, because Walmart, Kroger, and Target are within 5 minutes of us. I moved in about a month ago and wow, I could not have made a better choice! Safety was something that was at the top of my priority list, and I feel completely safe and comfortable walking around boulders given the measures they go to give you safety. Upon move in, my apartment was spotless and maintenance is super thorough, even giving me a tour of how to use the appliances! Never have I ever had an apartment complex do this before. Love my new home!
