The Arbors Apartments

These are the apartments to live in if you are on a budget and want something nice and kept up. Maintenance is great! The grounds always look nice! And it is very quiet! I live my townhome

I love this complex... My daughter had a baby premature and she wanted to stay with the baby and the apartment is right beside the hospital and they let her stay in an apartment at a reasonable price. It was actually very peaceful there and it's gated which was a bonus... Definitely would recommend this place....

The Arbors are pet friendly apartment that are nice. I’ve been here about three months. It’s a gated community where the grounds are well-kept. It has great curb appeal. The only noises you will hear are airplanes traveling overhead and you will hear sirens from ambulances because I am a five-minute walk from the hospital emergency. That’s an advantage for me. I live in a one bedroom 668 sq ft. cottage. Really, it’s a studio with walls. However, the kitchen is a nice size. It’s plenty of room if you like to cook a lot. The kitchen has a lot of storage considering how small the apartment is. The apartment is the right size for just me and my wife of 33 years. A couple in their early 60’s with grown kids. But this is not the place we would be in our child-raising days. It’s not a lot

I submitted my deposit ($400) along with my application fee ($100) on 01/20/24. On 1/22/24 I changed my mind about renting the apartment and requested my money be sent back. I received a statement receipt showing the $500 should be refunded back to me. On 2/22/24, I called the apartments because I had not received my money back. I was promised that the check would be cut on 2/25/24 and sent to the Arbors and available for pickup on 2/28/24 afternoon. As of today still nothing. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. However, I will say Mrs. Debbie is very knowledgeable and willing to fix any issues.

I absolutely love living here..such friendly staff ready to help you.. townhouses are beautiful. Don't forget about maintenance!! Maintenance come out so fast and get you square away! (Thanks Mr. Bobbyyy!!) Highly recommend
