Ronnie sold my house for $50,000 more than the previous two realtors told me to even list it at!! That was more than 25% of my home previously listed price. Unbelievably lucky to have called him before I listed. I am very impressed by his knowledge and honesty... and to top it all off he is so incredibly warm and kind. Ronnie Delozier was just amazing! From start to finish on new home purchase, he was with us every step of the way. He stayed in constant contact keeping us updated with what was going on and what to expect. And if you want to talk about a personal touch and really going out of the way, due to weather and my driveway being a solid sheet of ice, we could not get out of the driveway to get to our closing. Ronnie picked us up, took us to the closing, stayed with us for 2 hours while waiting for everything to be completed then brought us home. Who else would ever do such a thing now a days?
