3 years in the making. Even my attorney said that the contingencies I placed upon the buyer were unconventional. My response to him was, anything is unconventional until someone first makes it happen. I jokingly told Lazer that I'm aware I didn't make it easy for him and his buyer and he asked me if it was intentional. My response to Lazer was, not at all. I just didn't want to not get the value I deserved. Everyone is looking out for self, and I get that so, I have to do the same. The buyer and I were at a standstill for 3 years and if it wasn't for Lazer coordinating between the 2 of us, our deal may have still been pending until this day.
