Lakeview Village Apartments

I went to pick a friend up because He needed a ride to a class. I had trouble finding Lakeview when I searched for it. My friend said Lakeview apartments, but the name is Mill Village Apartments. I asked him and he wasn't sure what was going on with the name of his apartments. The place is very nice and is located in Millville, New Jersey. It was so quiet there. The apartments are located close to stores and next to the High School. I looked at the apartment and it's very nice inside. I was only there for 25 minutes and the apartments are a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent. (1-30-2021) I lived there for 17 years. Its cheap living but you get what you pay for. The place is poorly maintained, mice and roaches run the place and it's not because the people who live in these apartments are dirty, not all of them anyways. the mice are in the walls.You can hear them running in there. The apt supervisors are Lazy, Rude and can never be found when needed. I don't recommend this place, lakeview apartments got renovated for 2025 but it's like putting makeup on 💩 the problem with this place is within its core and its foundation.

Free utilities. Can't go wrong with that. You only pay your flat rate rent. That's it . No form of utilities are payed by Tenant.

Nice place for seniors citizen housing and Clean and nice people around

The apartment I visited is full mice....and several ppl complained of same problem
