This mgmt company is the absolute worst. The bldgs they manage are disgusting. The property managers don't care about the residents, just interested in $$$$. As is everyone else. Cant wait to get out of here. Mice, no working mailboxes, bldg doesn't get clean unless I complain like crazy. ITS DISGUSTING & they don't care.

Poor management, they have the app where you can pay your monthly rent, unfortunately the app has glitch. (TenantApp) During the time I’m paying my monthly rent it says it was unsuccessful so i have to do it again and the next one was successful. But guess what? Money was taken out on my account twice. Now i call the app provider and the management and they can’t fix the simple problem. (LOCK OF COMMUNICATION!!!) Every month that I have to pay my rent, it shows that I owe them another month. The only one who is helping me is Jennifer from the office, she addressed the problem and it was fix, and now it’s go back again to same issue when I’m about to pay my rent. Great Management company experienced and always ready to help 24 hours available for emergencies. all buildings are upgraded and improved after they take over management.

The worse. Don't even bother. Properties are not maintained. Only way to get things done is to involve the Health Dept. and even that is questionable.
