When I first moved here 3 years ago, The property was brand spanking new. We had security, groundsman, and the property was kept clean. My unit has flooded several times. My ceiling has collapsed twice and the kitchen is about to collapse again. The children are so disgusting along with the parents. Parents letting children drag trash all the way to the back by the dumpster. This property has no cameras and really need some. I do not plan on resigning my lease because the property is turning and looking like a based on income property. Tenants throw trash out the car in the parking lot. Just disgusting.

The apartments on the inside are beautiful and spacious. Management is terrible. If you just pay your rent and that is your only interaction it’s smooth sailing. If you have maintenance issues or administrative issues these people will not take responsibility or accommodate you. There is currently not an official maintenance man, and the contracted one is typically busy with other properties such as Park West, it will be a while before they get to you. They just aren’t professional. If you can deal with that you will love the inside of your apartment.

I visited family here and the set up is not what I would like as my home. It's a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full baths. Both bathrooms are directly across from one another instead of putting one of the full baths in the master bedroom. So the head of house has to cross the entire apartment to utilize the bathroom. So not convenient. And I failed to mention parking is few. Not the place I wanna call home.

They do not pick up trash. The grounds are horrible. The children are out of control. There is a guy that lives by us that constantly shoots his gun. People from the next complex constantly dumps there trash, mattresses and furniture. The trash sits for weeks. The front office does nothing about anything.
