Sunrise View Apartments

I love this place. Move in back in october and it the best apartment complex that i have run into in years. The Manager, Staff are off the chain they are kind, nice and will go what they have to do to make sure you are comfortable. Never met a complex that thinks more about their residents then Sunrise View Apartments they are always doing something for the residents, events, refreshment and they observe mostly of the Holidays sent i been here. I love that they do pest control every month on matter what! they keep property clean no trash or nothing laying around and they keep dumpster clean really with on time pick ups, never saw the dumpster over full with trash. They keep you informed of when the office is closed, even if it only 2 hours they communicate with the residents so good and th

I love the staff they really went above and beyond to help me.. and the apartment looks amazing with an amazing community.. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for something that has a safe environment for children and all, and peace and comfort.. I just got here and I’m already completely comfortable

I looked at pictures of this property and I really love it. I was hoping to call & set a tour so I can view the property and most likely move forward with the moving process because I just don’t like certain things about where I currently live. However, I called the leasing office a woman by the name of D or Dee answered, I asked her a question she answered it, and then she told me to hold on.. I was never put on hold, mute or anything. All I heard was just background conversations and she never came back to the phone to speak to me, all I could hear was background conversations & commotion. I was on hold for over five minutes. I disconnected and called back immediately, and it went straight to voicemail. I waited maybe 10 minutes and called back again went straight to voicemail. I don’t k

This is an appreciation post for Loni Everrett. Loni is our leasing manager now but since day one his been on top of his game ! He welcomes you and assist you in any way shape or form he can . He wears a lot of hats for this property and always go above and beyond for us(the tenants) . When I tell you he goes above and beyond his duties HE DOES! oh and Ms Glen deserve her kuddos as well.
