Summit Grove Apartments

I recently stopped by Summit Grove Apartments to look at a few units, and I had a great experience. Monica in the leasing office was extremely helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the community and the available options. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place to live. The property was well kept, and the customer service made the visit even better. If you’re considering Summit Grove Apartments, I definitely recommend asking for Monica — she made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have build a great relationship the office staff especially Monica.. She has been an awesome listener and have had great understanding If I need help. I have resided at Summit Grove for many years. It is an older property, so it doesn’t have the “bells and whistles” certain demographics demand. What it does have is a very a homey feel that newer complexes lack. Current management is doing a good job to keep the property looking attractive and appealing. But our “crown jewel” is Eddie. To call him a maintenance man doesn’t do him justice. He can repair anything and has a very kind demeanor. And Monica is very responsive when I have requested work to be done.

Monica Hicks is the worst landlord I’ve had to deal with and don’t recommend anybody to lease here. She doesn’t do anything but sit in that office and talk about everyone. Merry Christmas and new years kid
