Sumatra Apartments

I want to express my appreciation for the support and professionalism shown by Victoria Matthews, Property Manager. During a recent interaction involving my unit, Victoria demonstrated outstanding communication. She was transparent, responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. She followed up promptly, remained accessible, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism, fairness, and care! It means a lot to be part of a community where long-term residents/ residents in general are treated with consistency, dignity, and care. Thank you, Victoria, for making this a positive and collaborative experience.

So far so good moved in first of the year ..only.complaint I have is this apartment complex only has 1 dumpster for the whole property.. its kinda of silly especially for the elements of NY. Also the laundry service is quite steep 10 for your first load .. as youbhave to buy a relatable card.. after all I did a load and my cloths were still wet.. just go to the laundry mat. Its a hassle to lug your cloths in general but at least the laundry mat will drynyoir cloths completely

I recently just moved into this complex and I am absolutely in love with my apartment. My move in process was so easy and smooth due to the amazing property manager Victoria Matthews. She is truly best and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the help she provided me throughout my move in process. 10/10 experience !!!

I recently moved and was new to the area looking for apartments. Out of all the places i called i can truly say Victoria was the most helpful! She was very insightful as well as transparent. I felt like i could trust her and that is always appreciated she is awesome thank you again !!

Victoria shows up for apartment issues, property issues, and just checking in on her tenants well beings! She is extremely understanding , friendly and great all around! I love Sumatra apartments because of her :)
