I found a house on line that looked very promising so I called the listing agent at Galloway Century 21. We met at the house just a few hours later. We were both on time. Jeff was very pleasant and professional sharing important information and answering all my questions. He explained the process and informed me that there was at least one other offer on the table, possibly two. Although he could not share any particular details, he was encouraging. I put in my best offer later that day. The seller made their decision two days later. Unfortunately my offer was not the one that was accepted but Jeff promised he'd be on the look out for another product with similar features that were important to me and I trust he will.
