It's a very affordable and decent place. The owner and rental office are great to work with and helpful . Been here over 4 years and I am very happy with things overall.
The apartments that have been renovated are nice but the people there are nosey and the grounds and parking lot are constantly dirty with litter
Conservatily a3 but well on the way toward a 4 as. I do see improvement as apartments are being rehabed
Okay area, sometimes has alot of traffic with shady people.
