Stride Senior Residences

The tour and customer service that I received from Ms. Wynn were so outstanding that I was completely shocked to discover that she was a new employee. Her professionalism, confidence and courtesy encouraged me to desire to be a Stride resident!

Great place for seniors. Lots of stores and shops nearby. Staff very pleasant

I love this place. My cousin lives there. There are subsidized rates and market rates available. The only problem I have is that there is not sufficient parking for tenants and guests. So far, the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. I believe that Kianna (?) was very professional, knowledgeable and and very kind when my cousin went to the application process.

I've only been here since April 2021. So far my experience here has been great. Love the convenience to every thing. Love my unit. Very clean hallways and always smell so fresh and clean. Only issue is not enough parking spaces so its like playing musical chairs. Overall, I really love this place.

Stride Senior Residences is not the place to call home if you are an active senior. There is nothing to do with no community room or TV. They have an open kitchen and seating area, a baby grand piano, and a theater room that no one can use. There is also a tiny fitness center and business center. The gazebo is a block away from the building with no seats and no access to the so-called community garden. You literally have to play musical cars to park in the garage because there are only 38 spaces for 90 tenants. People are afraid to go anywhere for fear of losing their parking space and there is no off-street parking for guests. Stride Senior Residences operates more like a concentration camp with a warden who only collects rent and tells seniors what they CAN'T do!
