Stone Canyon

I would not recommend anyone stay here! My experience so far has been very fustrating and unprofessional. To start off before moving in I was not allowed to see my actual apartment I would be staying in which was a red flag. On move in day there was a plethora of things wrong to the point I went and got the lady at the front desk to show her who blamed it on maintenance. When I asked Kylee who did the walkthrough she stated that she was supposed to do the walkthrough and didn’t. Their communication afterwards was horrible they never answered the phone and when they did they would say they would call back and didn’t. It took them weeks to fix things and still have yet to paint my front door like they said they would after 3 months. I felt as if this was unacceptable considering Im paying fu

I lived in Stone Canyon Apartments for a little over 2 years and had the most amazing experience! Mrs. Marsha, Mrs. Donna, and Ms. Kylie were all great to work with! They are always willing to help when you are in a pinch. The maintenence crew were respectful, timely, and always got the job done! Lastly, every last employee there was respectful and mindful of every one of their tenants! I will always recommend this complex to anyone who is in the market!

We moved here 9/2021 and love it here ! The staff was wonderful during our moving transition, and it’s a nice community in a great location . I’ve had the pleasure to live in their Orleans Square Apartments years ago. Our 3 bd/2bath is reasonably priced for the space and amenities compared to other apartment complexes within the area.

Office personnel are very professional and the maintenance team are very hard workers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Used to live here until water pipes in the apartment above us burst, flooding our apartment. Management lied about the extent of the damage caused (we were out of town) and we only found out because a friend went in to check on our stuff and took pictures of just how far the water had gone. Mold began to set in the drywall and they refused to properly address it (drywall has to be torn down once mold has set, they would not do so.). The people they hired to measure the moisture levels in the wall were completely wrong or lied, as we hired our own inspector that contradicted theirs. To our knowledge, they never had any insurance agents inspect the place, so they may not have had proper insurance. They did not return some of our deposit because they claimed the carpet was damaged by our cats
