Be aware of the management here, they will lie on you to get you put out. They are rude. When you confront them with the truth they throw you out the office. When your mistreated were you live. Something is wrong. When your toilet floods, not your tub.when you never take baths, and have aids who help her bath in shower. Management call me and my sister lies. Because I challenged her false report to corporate office. I pray God will allow the truth to come out. Management never came in to check. She has had trouble with toilet before in master bedroom this year they had to fix. I am moving my sister when her lease is up. But be careful sterling at candler has bad management who are not fair to tenants.

Lack of general compassion for the elderly. No common place for them to gather, no sitting areas outside, the bathroom and clubhouse in the main lobby area is always locked, the hand sanitizer dispenser at the main floor elevator been out for over a year, no amenities, the carpet is filthy in the halls, no trash cans in the halls, and what bothers me the most is the manager (TONI) I think that's her name...she really needs to switch careers to a prison as a correctional officer because she really thinks that place is a prison. The property manager Toni is a piece of work. She’s very mean, rude, and lack a sense of intelligence!! She’s always worried about the wrong things instead of being professional making sure her residents that pay there monthly rent are all ok. Everyone there has the same issues with Toni. I’ve tried getting in touch with corporate office many times. But no response yet

these apartments are horrible for seniors. They treat them so bad. They are basically bullying my family to get out of an apartment so they can move someone else in. They are complaining about her family coming to visit her but no one else is getting any issues when it comes to that. I learned that there are only 2, two bedroom apartments here one is wheelchair accessible and they want them out.
