Springwood at Aliana Apartments - 55+ Active Adult

My wife and I finally moved into Springwood 55+ Aliana apartments in Richmond, Texas on December 1, 2025. When I tell you it has been one of the best move for us, and everything is new from inside to the outside. It’s extremely quiet, peaceful, clean and gated. Keep in mind, that the apartments are new, and they are still doing work around the property on the grounds and finishing other units. We like to thank property manager Anna for taking time with us older people in so many ways. We will miss you here at Springwood. Good apartment in the neighbourhood. Aliana is a fast developing residential & commercial area where large number of Asian origins live.

There was an issue with the unit we originally chose, but Anna handled the situation professionally and quickly. She was very patient with our questions and concerns. Overall, a good start to our relationship with Springwood at Aliana.

Owed a significant amount of money from this company for work completed at this site. I would not recommend them at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their so-called mission statement.
