Cannot say enough good things about Kelly Chaney at Southern Virginia Realty. She coached me every step of the way in selling my mom's home--quite complicated both by all the COVID restrictions and my living out of the state. She is very resourceful, hardworking, has lots of connections within the community for services we needed, always responded promptly (even when she was out of town) and was just incredibly patient with this very anxious seller! Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Having dealt with 2 different agents in this office, I would never deal with them again. Lack of communication, didn't respond to messages or calls. Sent some one out to the property without verified appointment. Agent lied to cover up her failings. Run to any other agency.
