Patriot Square Apartments

I've stayed here a few times over the past several years. Dale and John have always been super easy to work with and very responsive to any issues that have come up. I've also stayed at other properties in Blackstone and believe this one is the best of them all. My favorite thing about Patriot Square is the suites. I'm not a big fan of the studio style layout most other properties have. The one thing that would make this building better is to have a built-in dishwasher. Otherwise, I've never run into issues with bringing my dog, doing laundry, or enjoying the common areas.

The apartment I stayed in was dirty when I arrived. Kitchen counter and nightstand in bedroom was sticky. Stove and microwave was dirty. The bed was made but when I pulled back the covers I found hairs and stains on the pillow and sheets. Not sure when the last time the toilet and bathtub/shower was cleaned. Floors throughout the apartment were dirty. Walls are very thin and I heard my neighbor snoring all night. I contacted the manager and I was told that someone will come the next day to clean. They changed the bedding but nothing else was cleaned.

The apartment served its purpose. The lack of cleaning (not even offered once during a whole week) made the stay disappointing. This included the common areas. The floors were dirty the whole week. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything. There is a dishwasher offered but it wasn't hooked up.

I really liked it. Full apartment that was nice. Minor things, bedroom doesn't get dark, need a complete set of kitchen utensils and soap, and more attention to cleaning. But I would happily stay here again. And most likely will. Very happy.
