Left Apartment cleaner than we found it when we first moved in. Gave 30 day notice and asked about my security deposit which I received 5 months after moving out. Left Blackstone at 1 AM when my wife and I finished loading everything up in the truck. Got hit with unpaid rent for not leaving keys at the office after I had spoke with realtor and explained I would be leaving. Did not expect to leave Virginia feeling robbed.

I have dealt with Access Realty as both a renter as well as home buyer and have had great experiences. The staff is courteous, accommodating and professional. Any issues I had while renting were promptly handled and during the home buying process Carolyn was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything is great until you move out and want your deposit money back. It is sickening how these people take advantage of young people who are just starting out. BEWARE and do NOT take their word on anything it means NOTHING to them. Nice and seemingly helpful at first but all they care about is taking your money, I hope their children will be treated the same way someday it is just sickening. The apartments are noisy and to get service takes entirely too long.

Our agents with Access Realty were Debbie and David Keener. Wow, what a great team they are! We explained to them what we wanted and how crucial it was to close by a certain date, and they Made sure it happened, and met every one of our needs. They kept us informed on every aspect Of the transaction and would even call to remind us of the things we needed to do and when! Thank you Debbie and David! Amazing at first, terrible in the end. Left the house cleaner than we found it. Even met the property owner a month after we moved out to assist in some things that they requested our help with. Never again. So make sure take before and after pics to keep from getting burned.
