Skye at Eastlake

I been at Royal Manor for 4yrs, I hate to tell ppl where I live. New management took over last year in Jul25, they hit the grounds running/ The property manger is Awersome!!! The place is beautiful!

I just submitted my application and can already tell this place is very well managed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. If this first impression is any indication, I’m truly excited about the chance to live here.

Things have definitely started to shift since the new team took over. There’s better communication, a more organized approach, and an overall sense that residents matter. It’s refreshing to see real efforts being made to improve the living experience. I’m feeling hopeful about what’s ahead

Although I will say they make the application process smooth the apartments aren’t what they seem , roaches are there even after saying pest control was done . The renovated ones aren’t really renovated I will show an example of their so called renovation
