Rude Management, Poor maintenance and old apartments. Yes, you read that right. The new manager has absolutely no idea how to interact with residents professionally. Maintenance is extremely poor. Most of the requests are handled by AI representatives who are ineffective and unable to properly address maintenance issues. Even when you successfully submit a request, nobody follows up, and it can take days or longer for anyone to show up—if they come at all. The apartments themselves are very old and have mold issues, which raises serious health concerns. Overall, the living conditions and management are unacceptable. Do not waste your money or time considering living here.

03/01/2026 - 2 kids wearing red and black shirt, throwing rocks ,and other debris across the fence towards Sunridge Townhomes, building was damaged (almost hit the window) and pictures were taken to document this. Police is on the lookout for these kids and their irresponsible parents.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. I have lived here for 5 years. The unit is clean, well-maintained, What really makes this place stand out is the excellent service. The management team is responsive, professional, and always ready to help with any concerns. The manager, in particular, is incredibly kind, respectful, organized, and truly cares about the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place with outstanding service.

We lived at Silver Spring Apartments for five years, and our experience with the current management has been extremely disappointing. The property suffers from poor maintenance, no functioning security gates, and overall neglect. Management is unresponsive and disorganized, leading to ongoing issues that are never properly addressed. The level of professionalism has declined significantly in recent years, and the environment has become stressful and frustrating for residents. We do not recommend this complex under its current management.

The apartment is great, but the real highlight is the management. They are kind, professional, and always quick to help. It’s clear they care about the residents and keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude!
