Signature Apartments

I have a very large hole in my kitchen ceiling for some time. Other issues not addressed. Carpet falls apart with every vacuum. And they want to raise my rent for a unit that has never been updated. Apparently makes sense for the new but old slum lord.

l I am a current resident at Signature Apartments in Silverdale, WA. I have a wife and 3 children who are all currently left without a place to stay! My apartment was recently flooded due to a leak from the unit above. While an extraction team eventually came to remove the standing water, there has been no communication, inspection, or follow-up from management more than 24 hours after the incident. The extraction team advised us the water damager is so bad that the ceiling may collapse on us. Water damage is not resolved by extraction alone. Mold risk, structural issues, and damaged personal property must be properly addressed. Staff is very friendly and understanding! Had to reschedule a showing several times and they were willing to accommodate. I didn't end up moving here, just not in my budget right now, but thank you to the front office for the great tour and all the information!

I have loved my time here with this complex! The office girls are amazing and are really easy to communicate with :) Chelsea, Maddie, and Emily have been a so helpful with everything including my move out. The maintenance crew Ben, Brian and Kellen were always very prompt with any problems I had and were always super nice :) Signature also has some really nice amenities and if they ever need to close the pool or anything they give you a good heads up and tell you when things will open again. I can't say enough good things about everyone and my old home. I hope whoever moves here after enjoys this place as much as I did. I will miss everyone who works here and wish them nothing but the best!

One star is too much. This place is horrible in just about every way you can think of. We lived there less than 2 months. In that time, our refrigerator broke twice causing over $600 worth of groceries to go bad. The response from management was basically that it’s not their problem even though they are the property management and are responsible for maintaining a functional living space, which includes appliances. We were also told we would be getting a townhome as advertised in the listing. We were shown a townhome, but when we got our keys, we discovered that they had moved us to a 3 bedroom apartment without permission from us, or informing us of the change.
