Very disappointed the staffing is always changing as my mother has lived here for years they change staff so much we don't know who to trust my mother was very sad to see the young girl leave I believe her name was llari something like that she was very understanding and you can see she was there to help my mother and others she has a heart to work with our seniors my mother can barely speak English but she was amazing on trying to work with us I wish this company see that and bring her back the new girl we walk in 2 times waited about 5 minutes to have her see and attend us she was busy on her cellphone watching it and not approach us until my mother coughed Victor is amazing we saw him and llari work together very well we just had inspections for our garages they did amazing with my moth

I live here. It’s a very nice place but this year already we’ve had $200 in rent increases. I started here in 2016 at $900. I am now paying $1600 a month so try to find something cheaper because this place this is just gonna go up and up and up.

I love my apartment home at Sierra Creek. The rent is reasonable, the apartment is a decent size and it offers me a safe and relaxing place to live. I especially love the view I have of a dry creek bed, with big trees, away from traffic noise, unlike any apartment I’ve ever had. Staff is friendly and attentive and ready to assist in any way they can.

I went to visit the complex and I will have to say that it is well taken care of and I love the amenities and the people who are very welcome to help me with anything else for me

Worst customer service ever. Never ever have i received a call back from this apartment management. Cleaned out the unit and was supposed to get our deposit back over 2 weeks ago, and i cannot get a hold of management. I will keep on leaving negative reviews DAILY until i get a call back. RIDICULOUS is the nice word to describe. Update 2 weeks later. So, i got cheated out $100 out of the deposit. My grandma passed away on the 18th of January and i left a lot of voicemails to the office about that, that we will be cleaning out and submitting keys, her unit was licked clean and free of furniture and ready literally 2 days after, and i was only able to CATCH a manager on the 9th of February, i literally had other tenants outside of the office on the lookout for her cause i had no way o
