Manisha is absolutely wonderful! She’s always welcoming, patient, and ready to help with a smile. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she made the process smooth and stress-free. She’s a big reason why living here feels comfortable and well-managed.

Me and my girlfriend tired to move in here the apartments are nice and we were really looking forward to moving here but they lied and said we didn’t make enough income when we do then they tire to say we were doing fraud how when all of our incomes comes from the government then they tired to keep our money orders lying and saying they were filled out already when they weren’t also I guess they do everything online which made it hard for us to submit or do anything cause our income comes from the government which we had paper copy proof of and they wouldn’t take it cause everything has to be done online they let us tour the property and everything but once we said that our income is ssi and ssa they started treating us different first, they acted like they wanted us to move in. I was taken on a tour yesterday with an extremely efficient, friendly, and attentive associate named Anaiah. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the apartments were very nice. She took the time to answer all questions and even called back to see if we needed anything else. I believe we found our new home.

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and I would not recommend (especially if you got kids). I’ve had issues with parking , the complaints about neighbors being loud and smoking weed get ignored. Insulation is awful. Appliances are old and break every other month . Kitchen space is SO small. I pay 2,049 for 2 bed 2bath and it feels like a rip off. They say there is a no smoking policy but smoke smells and marijuana smells get ignored weekly and are not considered violations. Doesn’t matter how many times you report it. This place is old, outdated, loud, small, stinky, just don’t do it. Also, garbage + sewer and water utilities are insanely expensive. Garbage area is always gross and overflowing. Gate barely opens with the remote you are given. I can’t wait to move out.

Antelope Ridge is self-described as "award-winning" among Lewis Property Management, but it falls WAY short in terms of enforcing the rules that residents are expected to abide by routinely! People park wherever they choose... in fire lanes, handicapped spaces, & even renter-designated carport spots. Repeatedly attempts to call a tow company & have them remove illegally parked vehicles was met with a "we don't do that" reply. Management doesn't seem to care either. The same concerns apply to the "quiet hours" (10pm-6am) of reasonable/acceptable neighborly courtesy. Numerous complaints went unanswered, the night operator wasn't even on-site, & local police refused to respond. I've personally addressed my neighbors at least 8-10 times, but given our "language barrier," I don't know if they
