3.12.2026 - updating review. Met with the new office management team, Jennifer and Angie, this morning. They were very receptive to my feedback and kind. They didn't brush me off or give me the runaround. And Enrique! The new maintenance person, is amazing! I've seen him more in the past two weeks than the maintenance manager in the last year. He actually talks to us and explains what's going on and actually follows up! They logged all the tickets needed. I'm not demanding things be done right now, but it's the fact they were open and honest with their workload and time frames. I’ve had a very frustrating experience dealing with management about a serious maintenance issue in my unit. Water appears to be getting in through the exterior siding and causing mold inside the wall. The area has been cleaned multiple times with recommended solutions, but the mold keeps coming back because the source of the water intrusion hasn’t been repaired. Before submitting a maintenance request through the Loft app, I went to the office in person to explain the situation. The assistant property manager told me it was probably just condensation and not a big deal. After I submitted the request in the app, I didn’t receive any updates. I then had to call the office multiple times before someone answered. I was told someone would come look at it and that I’d get a call back. After

Living at this apartment complex has been an absolute pleasure. The community is beautifully maintained, with great amenities including the gym, pool, and newly renovated spa that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. The new management team has refreshed the entire complex and is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It’s a welcoming, well-run community and truly a lovely place to call home.

We love our new apartment. 2 beds 2 bath 1000 square feet it’s beautiful and updated with washer/dryer and very close to the pool and high ceilings.! Thank you Misty for all your help and they installed a new washer and dryer the day before I moved in, Nick the maintenance manager gave me a quick review of the appliances and they are great thanks. And thank you for making the pet rent affordable and allowing my dog Max. He loves it too!!

I really like living in these Apartments. The Community is great. The landscape and apartments are well kept, Icenia , the Manager is always helpful and responsive.with any questions or concerns you may have. Its a comfortable and friendly place to call home. Overall , it's been a great place to live, I definitely recommend it to anyone, looking for a welcoming Community.
