Showcase Property Management

Absolutely 0 STAR!!!! These guys are complete scammers and total jerks… we have been renting a property managed by them for 12 + 6 months in total and it was our worst experience ever. Communication is inexistent, unprofessional and actions taken leaning towards some illegal activities… Property had many issues when we moved in including AC glitching, small roof leak, windows not shutting or locking, not cleaned overall… it took us months and constant battling to get it fixed. Their common answer was either somebody was working on it in the office but somehow was not present when calling, or owner was not responding. It turned out they shared the owner’s contact and we dealt with them directly. To the owner surprise, they said they just got notified about the issues even if we were asking

The worst management company I've ever been the victim of. There are 22 units in our apartment building that pay $200 each month for mngt. fees. Our dumpster is constantly overflowing because showcase allows other complexes to use our dumpster. We have burned out bulbs for our "protective" outdoor lighting leaving hiding places for criminals. We have cameras, but we can't access the feed when our cars are broken into or vandalized. All of these are known by Showcase and they do not respond.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hands down, without a doubt, worst property managers I have ever dealt with. I own at a property they manage, and I'm considering selling. That's how awful they are. It doesn't matter if you are an owner or a renter, you don't exist to them. Don't even try to call them, no one will answer. Ask that they maintain your property as is their contractual obligation? Forget about it. Since they have taken over the management for my condo, I've been gouged thousands of dollars. The MONTHLY dues have gone up $100, and the maintenance of my property has just gone downhill. Not to mention a "special assessment" that doesn't benefit my unit at all. Stay away from them. Especially Kathy, she’s rude unprofessional, and sarcastic. Not friendly at all, I worked with clients from VP to CEO for over 20 years and she’s just a small ant among others trying to work her way up there. Never had been treated so unkindly over the phone. Animals are so much nicer than her.

I have been working with Karen since 2011 with my property in FL. When you need something done her response time is amazing. She knows all the right people and gets things done fast. If you are looking to rent, sell or need any real estate transaction, Karen and her team are the ones to call!
