Wade was a true professional and provided a very thorough inspection. He was punctual, responsive, and incredibly helpful with informative explanations throughout the inspection. Wade performed pre-sale inspections for numerous properties and did an excellent job! Reliable, thorough, timely, responsive, easy to work with, and informative. A “teaching professional”, who did not mind explaining the details of the inspection to those present - before, during, or after the inspection to get an idea of his findings overall once he completed the on site work. Would definitely use him again!

Wade did a thorough inspection, but the homeowners had some complaints about his methodology used for moisture testing with a penetrating probe. The home owners were irate. I called Wade and he told me to not worry about it and he'd take care of it. I thought that meant he'd fix the problem or figure out a way to calm the customers down. Instead he talked to my realtor and the sellers realtor and essentially told them that the home owners were making to much a big deal about the issue and he wasn't going to do a thing. While I agreed with him, he created the issue and did nothing to fix it and left me with the job of cleaning up the mess. Thorough inspection, but would not use again.

This is our second time working with Wade and I am so impressed with his work, how detailed his inspection is and how patient he was dealing with a ver difficulty renter in a property that I am buying. Today was a very difficult situation but Wade was a rock star dealing with some hard challenges! Thank you, Wade!

I have used Wade many times for home inspections. He is thorough, always on time and his reports are easy to read. He will always talk to the buyers and go over all the information with them and answer any questions.
