Rusty Kahoe was our realtor and did a great job for us selling our condo in Florida while living in Michigan. He took items to Goodwill for us, mailed a few things to us and cleaned the place to get it ready to sell. He contacted us on a regular basis with updates and next step discussions. We'd have no problem using him again if needed.

I cannot understate how fantastic my experience with Rusty Kahoe was. The best way to describe him is the Florida Phil Dunphy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am moving from the San Francisco Bay Area to Brevard county and was intimidated by the move, but Rusty was helpful every step of the way. From emailing me listings ahead of time to showing me places on my arrival. If you use this Coldwell Banker Realty location do yourself a favor and ask to work with Rusty Kahoe. You will not be disappointed.

Rusty was fantastic! Responsive, efficient, no pressure, and we found a rental, which was obviously the most important thing. We are indecisive, so we had to make a few trips, but he was eager to help and the process went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

This agency really falls short in screening their agents. My wife and I were referred to a Kelly Brown to search for our new home. When we contacted Ms. Brown an Agent for Coldwell Banker we surprisingly found out she was incarcerated and multiple times. We tried for another agent but gave up with this firm. Why would a reputable firm employee a harden criminal such as Ms. Brown who doesn't return calls, appears to be a total loser is beyond my wife and I understanding. Do not use Kelly Brown to find or sell your property she's a criminal.

Real state agent Rusty Kahoe was very knowledgeable about the areas, attentive to what I was looking for, and patient throughout the process. I highly recommend Rusty for anyone’s future Real Estate needs.
