Shore Hill Apartments

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I really enjoy it here. The community is always clean and well maintained. The staff (Luz and Heyder) not only go above and beyond, but are also always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The location is very convenient and overall it just feels like a safe and comfortable place to live.

Lived there for 2 yrs until I moved to my hose. Place was good, spacious and in very good shape all for a price you would not expect given the area and dimensions of the unit. Now when it came to dealing with the office about my unit or whatever I needed IñLiz and Heyder were my salvation, they always helped us on a timely manner and went above and beyond to help and solve anything. Great place to live!

Shore Hills Apartments provided a generally decent living experience, with both pros and cons to consider. Pros: * The area is quiet and safe, offering a peaceful environment. * When on-site maintenance was available, they were prompt in responding to requests. * Parking is free, which is a convenient perk. * The location is conveniently situated near the interstate, Walmart, supermarkets, and other essential services. Cons: * Communication with management was often difficult. Despite my apartment being adjacent to the office, I rarely saw staff available, and responses to emails were delayed or inconsistent. It often felt like they selectively responded to inquiries, and even then, the answers were not always thorough. * The apartment itself was quite compact, particularly the kitchen and

This place is a nightmare! Ive lived here for over a year. The management company could not care less. They can barely handle a few inches of snow. We had a truck back ito our apartment and they didn't care to fix the door. There was a leak from upstair and couldn't be bothered to fix the water damage. Avoid this place at all costs. Pmease trust me. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Great place to live! Luz and Eyder were always on top of everything. The apartments are spacious and well taken care of
