Our Engagement with Ryan Homes to purchase a new home in Stone Water Village, Roxbury Township has been a delight! The entire Ryan Homes team (Sales, Mortgage and Construction) are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and answer all of our questions, a true customer centric team. As this being our first home, Kierstan Olson (the sales representative) was very patient and guided us in every step to elevate our house buying experience. The community is beautiful and our construction timeline is right on track and started few weeks ago and the proactive weekly updates from James/Craig are very much appreciated .We can't wait to move in and are excited about our first home !! My experience with Ryan Homes at Stone Water Village has been a rewarding experience thus far. They have a couple of models fully decorated to show, which tremendously helped with our decision. The location is very close to Rt 80, in northern NJ allowing easy commuting as well as boasting a beautiful community. Kiersten, our sales rep, was also very courteous and professional. She helped answer our questions, especially when it came to fine tuning the additions to our new home and availability. It's a bit early in the process but my wife and I can't wait to see the final construction. Well done, another kudos to Ryan Homes!

We came into stonewater Ryan homes location just to check out and ended up signing in less than 1 week. Our sales rep Imran is incredibly resourceful and helpful. He is very personable and courteous. Also reachable for new home builders who are anxious with a lot of questions. We have come to trust Imran's recommendations on various decisions about the house as he is very vested in his customer's satisfaction and value they get out of the decision. Appreciate his patience and professionalism throughout. Highly recommend working with Imran and Ryan to find your next home.
