RE/MAX House Values

Horrible to deal with. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. No sense of urgency when required and lots of back and forth with no answers or follow up. Avoid these agents if possible.

Zero stars, awful experience with this RE/MAX location. I rented a house through Adrienne Cimins and Thomas Lowe and we ended up having to move out after 6 weeks through no fault of our own. I discussed with Adrienne so she was aware of why we were leaving, and when I asked if I could be refunded of the commission I was ignored for a week. When I finally did get a response it was the most disrespectful, unprofessional email I have ever received. I think a simple "no, we can't refund you" would have sufficed, but instead I was insulted. Their broker, Mike Luzzi, offered no support, didn't even care about how unprofessional his realtors were, and took no accountability for what had happened. Do not go here, the customer service is non-existent and the greed is unbearable.

Awful company to deal with. Court claims and judgements against this local team for non-payments of rent and they just ignore the court rulings. Beware of them!! Stay away.
