Serena Vista Apartments

The team at Serena Vista offer a family like experience for all tenants. Este is an incredible onsite manager that makes every interaction feel like it is the most important on her very busy list of things to do. Jose the engineer is prompt and prioritizes all requests in a timely manner! Truly great professionalism from the team! Thank you it is appreciated.

My daughter and I moved here 6 months ago, and we have lived living here. The common areas and landscaping are very nice, with doggy play areas, BBQs, and the pool/gym are good (with plans to upgrade soon, plus!!) I am very grateful for the leasing and maintenance staff - Ruby, Alan, Jose, et al - they are always available and willing to help out with any requests. And I appreciate the quick attention that staff and maintenance have for any service requests, or issues. Every time a request is submitted, they address it promptly and with care for all residents. This is a great place to live!

The community is great, the leasing office and staff is wonderful! I never have to wait more than a day for any type of repair in my apartment. I've lived her for over 3 years and absolutely love it. I have 3 kids and I love that they can go play around the complex and feel safe. They also hold little events for our community during holidays (for example, pumpkin carving during Halloween). Just today, the staff was out bright and early handing out breakfasts as we drove out! How awesome is that?!?!?! :) Thank you for being a wonderful place to live Serena Vista!

There are much nicer apartments in much nicer areas for a similar price, especially if you look into renting from private landlords. We moved to a gorgeous place in the Woodbridge area of Irvine for only $50 more a month. We wish we had spent more time looking into nicer options before committing to Serena Vista. A few considerations: - The area is much sketchier than it used to be. Many people live in creepy vans on this block. When you park far away--which you have to, because parking is so difficult--you often have to park near these vans. Homeless people often rummaged through the dumpster right around the corner of our apartment. I was once slapped by a man in broad daylight. I felt unsafe being out alone after dark. - We had mice and a major water leak from the ceiling in unit E-4

Terik was friendly and welcoming as I just walked in without an appointment on a Sunday to check out possibly renting here. Made it super easy and answered all my questions with a warm and open attitude. Just submitted my application.
