Corte Bella Apartments

We had a WONDERFUL year at our Corte Bella apartment. Check in was done in 2 hours after visiting several units available. Staff are very nice and friendly and always answered to our requests promptly. The location is ideal, close to I-405 and Fountain Valley High School. All essential stores can be found within a mile. The apartment complex is large but it is VERY quiet. In the year we lived here, never heard a car horning, or people shouting. Lots and lots of beautiful trees and plants and flowers. Several swimming pools, a gym club, private garage. The apartment by itself is very comfortable, with two large rooms, a huge living room / kitchen, and a full size bathroom.

I love this place!!! My family and I have lived here for 13 years and we been here through different leadership and liked them all. They treat people like family. And our courtyard especially is like living in a small town courtyard- everyone knows everyone else and we all look out for one another. Especially the maintenance guys here are so helpful :Adrian, Vincent and Ricardo all have and do go out of their way to help me. I’m in a wheelchair and they always lending me their service!!! If they see me without me even asking they ask how they can help me with my trash or if they come over to help me change the blinds they’ll ask me, “Do l you want me to help me take out the trash? I’ve had nothing but a great experience living here! The leasing team is always friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. Maintenance is also amazing — any request I’ve made has been handled quickly and done right the first time. The property is clean, well-kept, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. I’m really happy I chose this community and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been here for 4 months and I love it here. The apartment is with all the amenities I wished for, it's quiet and it's in a great area and by all the freeways and restaurants, grocery stores you name it and to top it off the beach is literally about 8 minutes away. The staff is very accommodating as well Yuri has always been nothing but amazing and honest and when and if I need something done he makes sure it's taken care of. Most people that I talk to that have been here longer than me I asked him how long they've been living here and the most common amount of time that people have said has literally been a decade or more and that told me a lot when I moved in and that's why I feel currently how it is now I love it here and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

BE AWARE. Wish I could rate them higher since the positive comments about the community are true, BUT PRAY you get a good unit or you will have issues all the time. They are the worst managed complex I have ever lived in. They will send maintenance guys to fix everything even if they are not experienced / qualified to do so. Since we moved in 1yr ago, we’ve had multiple things break down or not work: cabinets falling, oven not working, fridge stopped working 3x, food went bad, water leaks, closet wheels falling, windows are super drafty, MOLD all the time if you decide to close your windows at all. Wasps nests everywhere! There is literally a small inconvenience every couple of weeks not including the big issues like leaks and mold. They will send the maintenance guys to fix stuff to prob
