We have been here for over a year now and living here has been nothing less than amazing. Since day one all front office and property staff have been beyond welcoming and helpful with anything and everything. They really make it feel like a community. Jeffery and Justin are genuine and honest people who truly want nothing more than to help in any way they can. They never fail to find a solution and have some laughs along the way. You can tell they truly care about their residents, making it an overall great experience and community.

I had a great experience at this apartment community! The staff was very nice and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Jeffrey, in particular, was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home!

If I could give zero stars I would. Applying here here has been a nightmare. Originally got denied & was ignored after not being told why I was denied by Justin & Jeffrey who said they didn't know why, but they promised me multiple times to call me back with an answer which they never did, so I had to call repeatedly to find out why finally. Then was told management reconsidered me & was asked to give my full social security # over the phone for them to reapply for me again which concerns me because they already have my complete background check and personal info in original application. They promised multiple times to contact me with a decision over a week on certain days at a certain time which they never did after I told them time is of the essence for me to find a apartment. My experience living at Galleria was extremely disappointing. Communication from the leasing office was poor, and issues that needed urgent attention were ignored or delayed. The unit I moved into was not properly cleaned, and I dealt with serious pest problems that made the apartment unlivable. The staff did little to help, and I felt completely unsupported the entire time. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend living here.

Very bad, a car parked and drove straight past, hitting my bedroom wall… in short: I had no support at all, I had to sleep in the living room of my apartment with my mattress on the floor with my 2-year-old daughter. There were several men coming in and out of my apartment all the time, I had no privacy at all. and what they offered me was an empty apartment, how am I going to move overnight with a baby? They didn't pay for the hotel, we didn't have any support. I asked to leave the apartment and they released me from the contract since I couldn't stay in the apartment because of this accident. I moved and it's been almost 2 months and to this day I haven't received the check with the refund of my deposit, the people who work in leasing say they will call me and they never do. This is a gr
