Selena is the greatest. Very pleasant, down to earth person to talk to. If problem arises with rental, service is handled quickly.

My family of 5 moved here to Panama City from Ohio in June of this year. Although it's a very scary transition, Selina helped us with the place we were looking at. We found the place on CL and contacted her. Now, we all know of the scams people try to pull on CL and Selina is FAR FROM that. She is more professional, honest, and courteous than some property managers I have met face to face (we have met since moving here :). She is a pleasure to work with and takes care of her tenants! If you have the opportunity to rent from her I would do it without a doubt!! We have neighbors that also rent from her and they love her as well. They say Selina takes care of them! So i know it's not just me ;)

If there ever was a person with a heart of gold it would be Selina. Her apartments are spacious and functional. If you have a problem, maintenance was just a phone call away to repair with skill to do it right the first time. Call her, you won't regret it.
