I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so future residents can make an informed decision. There are a few ongoing issues with the property that future residents should be aware of. The biggest concern is the plumbing. Water shutoffs occur on a bi-weekly, if not weekly, basis. While most have happened during business hours when we’re not home, it’s definitely something to consider if you work from home or have an irregular schedule. To give some context, the water was shut off about 15 times between January and April. It’s clear that the property has major plumbing issues that management continues to patch with temporary fixes rather than addressing the root cause. Been living here for a while and the new manager Sabrina has been a blessing. The property is well maintained . I really appreciated the welcome BBQ Sabrina did for us residents .. Maintenance requests are now taken care of right away. Martin the maintenance man is super awesome as well. keeps the property cleaned. No loud music or drama here. Everyone gets along well. Definitely recommend renting here ..

The move-in experience was great. Adriana was super nice and more than helpful. She made the move in really easy. So far we love the apartments. Fairly quiet, the landscape is in great condition and the neighbors I’ve met have been real nice!

I Just moved into this property at the beginning of January. The transition has been extremely easy! This, of course, is all thanks to the amazing property manager Mattina. I had so many questions that she was able to explain in such simple but extremely helpful ways. I had one outlet in the apartment not working on move-in day and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Response time on emails and concerns in exceptional! The entire complex is beautiful and everyone is so friendly due to the environment created by Mattina. Wonderful place to live. I will be here for a while!

Adriana was amazing!! She helped make the whole move in process very easy! She’s very prompt and professional with all communications and meetings! Also, the community/complex is nice and clean, and every person I’ve seen/met has been really nice! Loving living here so far! Highly recommend!
