I really hope the owners see this review. I applied a couple times and toured once before applying. I toured with Suzy and she was a gem! No pressure, not pushy or rude. I really wish she could have stayed. Now they have Kim. Or at least they did when we were finally ready to apply the first time. I applied, and the next day I had a placental abruption that could have killed me and my baby. I was quite literally bleeding a river of blood when Kim called. I have an older son so I answered the call thinking it could be his school. I told her what was going on and that no paperwork would get done today. We had two more days of our hold. Place has gone down hill with new management staff. Kim is not customer service oriented and always seems stressed out. Plan on moving out soon. Anytime I ask for downing I’m told how she can’t do it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Susy Saldana, Community Assistant Manager, while booking my apartment at Countryside Apartments. I must say, Susy exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I contacted her, Susy's coordination and communication skills were excellent. She provided all the necessary information in a clear and concise manner, answered all my queries with patience, and made the entire booking process seamless. Susy's customer service skills are truly remarkable. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth experience. Thank you so much to Rene the maintenance gentleman who is part of Countryside Apt crew. He was not only quick to attend my maintenance ticket opened earlier this morning but he got the job done! Anytime I have a maintenance issue he’s always respectful of my home (and pet), shows up in a timely manner, and always gets the issue at hand resolved. His character is truly humble, and I am grateful for his knowledge when it comes to maintenance required. Thank you Rene!
