Santa Fe Ridge Apartments

My boyfriend lived at this apartment for years and seemed to have nothing but problems. Over the past year I have personally experienced issues with the electrical wiring, a constant lack of parking, bi-weekly trash compactor malfunctions, multiple appliance breakdowns, mold, a collapsed carport, and so many “landlord specials.” I have lived in multiple apartment complexes all over the US, due to my job being travel based, and I can honestly say I HAVE NEVER experienced so many issues from one singular complex. Enjoyed the specious layout of the 3 bedroom apartment. However, the parking is horrible here. Within the first three months of living here, my car had a hit and run twice! In addition to that, someone also randomly smashed my car window and ripped off my resident parking sticker off of my car. I did inform the management each time my car was hit and they were very apologetic about it. With how much they increase rent though, you would think they would help add better security or fix the parking area. The apartment itself is not bad and the front desk is very kind. But yeah, the biggest thing is just your vehicle is not safe here.

Maintenance used to be “duct tape” heavy and now we have preventative maintenance being done. I love that. Landscaper was mowing and a rock shattered the glass on the patio door. Christine came by and had it replaced that same day. More importantly she cleaned up the glass inside the living room and on the patio. Lindsay in the front office is great. Very friendly and always tries to help. We love her.

We absolutely love the Santa Fe Apartments! My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past 2 years. Lindsey is a BIG reason why we’ve stayed for so long. She is always welcoming at the front desk and answers any questions we might have — no day is complete without saying hello to her. Great Place to Live – Friendly Staff and Responsive Maintenance I’ve had a great experience living at Santa Fe Ridge. Lindsey at the front office is always attentive and easy to talk to—you can actually reach a person when you need help, which is rare these days. I also appreciate that the office has extended hours so you can walk in after work if you need to discuss anything. Christina Ryan is probably the best maintenance staff member I’ve ever worked with. She’s quick to respond—always within 24 hours—and takes the time to explain what she’s doing. When I noticed a small crack in the sheetrock near my window, she even showed me how to repair it myself because I asked. That kind of service and professionalism is outstanding. I live near the dog park, and the residents here are respect
