Sansom Ridge Apartments

Took some time to read all the reviews about this place… Been living here a little under 2 years and not sure why I’m not seeing the bad reviews maybe because they deleted them? This is my most honest review… At first when I first moved into these apartments I was under the impression that they looked pretty decent and I could make a living here and these apartments are pretty well built especially for income based but CANNOT be kept up with by the people who rent out these apartments. It’s sad to say these are decent apartments but people are super trashy here, trash never makes it in the dumpster there is trash up and down the buildings along the stairs. I’ve NEVER seen so many roaches in my life and I think it has alot to do with the kind of people that rent out these apartments so if y

I wanna tell y’all about a maintenance man at Sansom Ridge Apartments, his name is Bren’Sha. He is the kindest most polite hard working young man I’ve ever met. He is not only very good at his job but he knows what he’s doing. He’s very honest, good communicator and able to fix anything. These apartment complexes really have a gem on their hands with Bren’Sha and I really hope they are treating him right and doing good by him. He’s always polite hard working in good spirits never a bad thing to say and I really enjoy him coming to my apartment to fix my things. I will always request Bren’Sha he’s wonderful and I trust him completely in my home. Bren’Sha is a rare find!!!!!!! Y’all crazy if y’all don’t do everything you can to hold on tight to him.

She is not only dedicated and organized, but she approaches every person who comes through the doors with genuine kindness and care. Miss Sabrina goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and respected. She takes the time to listen, offer encouragement, and provide assistance with warmth and compassion. I’ve been here about 2 years now and it has its pros and cons. I believe that is in any area! I’ve recently been going to Ms. Rosetta. She is always a delight and super friendly! She’s doing a great job.

I have been in this office twice with my little sister. They were rude both times. When asked questions, they don’t know the answer and just ignores you. My sister asked them for a written statement explaining why they wouldn’t accept her payment (twice) , they proceeded to not answer her. So she told me that they are not answering her, that is when I asked the same thing and they stated because they wouldn’t be able to until Monday, which is after the 5th, when the late payment for February kicks in. Cindy Pennell is the manager supposedly but stood there and didn’t say anything until the question was asked. When asked for Corporate number Cindy told her worker to give us the number, which was her boss number instead of corporate. Bottom line is Cindy and her employees are very rude a
