I reached out privately about these issues, but you did not reply or call back. You know what I'm saying is true. Let me clarify that Sabrina, the event coordinator, is not part of the office staff and shouldn't be involved in any of these reviews. She is also leaving soon, so let's see if the reviews stay positive. If false reviews continue, I will report them to Google. She tries to buy favor by organizing popular activities I requested, which should be standard for a senior community that’s not just for 55+. Live here if you like roach infested apartments! Walking down the halls every door has roach deterrent powder lined along their doors. Not a one time thing, this is normal living there. Nope.

Nice fun atmosphere . I seen these apartments a year and a half ago and I said not that's not for me. But now that I can be in the departments at this age is a great place to meet people and have fun in about every day they have something going on for us!!! Nice spacious areas and cozy!! .

It has been a horrifying experience watching people live in apartments that are CLEARLY NOT 55 or above, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana on floor 2 amazes me when clearly it is posted as a NON SMOKING BUILDING. Progress In change is slow and I understand that, with that being said some things should be addressed faster, “re-striping” a parking lot instead of keeping residents safe from those that smoke in the building seems backward. I believe there should be a better priority. Parking in a fire lane as a visitor to SO CALLED “SENIOR” living. Seems a lot of digression since there was a change in ownership. Here we are about 2 months with only 1 working elevator. The "working" elevator barely moves, perhaps this is poor management or more lack of good ownership. Still disappointed
