Such an amazing crew in the office. Emily is a sweetheart to work with. She listened to all of our concerns and questions and answered them within a timely manner. Thank you sansom bluff for making it so simple to feel understood and comfortable!

The best apartments I’ve experienced in the DFW area. I’ve lived in 3 different apartments in the DFW area and this is the best one by far. They are they relatively newly built so they are nice. They are spacious and clean. The area is quiet and peaceful for the most part. The office staff are kind and responsive, especially Lisa. She got everything figured out and into a unit very quickly and she was upfront and professional about the entire process. There are no perfect apartments but when compared to most places, these apartments are a great option if you’re looking for a new place.

My family member, and her kids have been staying here for at least a few months going on 5 and I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. She has been struggling to get in contact with the leasing office and I come to her home regularly and the apartment is infested with roaches and the lights even went out a few times while she cooked for us! I recommend any family that wants to move here and feel safe, secure, and well appreciated, that these are NOT THE APARTMENTS FOR YOU

honestly didn’t want to do this because i’m not a confrontational person. but the management here sucks. they don’t communicate when they are making big changes just leave people in the dark and to figure it out ourselves. i’ve been up there to talk to them and some of my questions where ignored in my face it took me telling my sis that they were ignoring me for her to ask the question and they finally answered. i asked 3 times mind you. every one is just very rude and not understanding nor helpful at all. in 2026 we have to do better. from the manager Cindy to the woman in the back who handles money. please do better.

Started my application process back in January (2026)with Cindy and Emily. Went in today (feb 19 2026) to get an update because I was sent an approval letter and a unit was already assigned to me but there was 0 communication. Well turns out all staff that was working with me are all gone now. New lady was very unprofessional with the way she was speaking to me in regards to me becoming a new resident. Was told by Cindy and Emily at the beginning to bring application fee money order and a 100$ money order to hold the unit until I was fully approved I explained this to the new lady and she demanded I bring another 100$ money order.
