Royal Oak Apartments

i currently live here in building 5 to be exact, tbh this roach infested property has to be the worst ive ever lived, ive lived here in the past and the previous people who have ran it use to keep the complex ran correctly and properly these new people at star creek management act as if these are 10 star apartments and the people who run the office here at the complex are just as worse as the living environment here. I hate having to call them most of them are rude and act as if you asking questions about your living envirornment is a injust crime against them. I feel apartments like these need to be ran with people who actually care about people who may have to make late payments an not harass you after you make arrangements with them. if i could give a negative on the stars i would!!!

Ms. Sheri and Ms. Toya are absolutely amazing! They are both professional, caring, and truly dedicated to what they do. Their positive attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond make every experience enjoyable and comfortable. They communicate clearly, show genuine compassion, and always make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care deeply about the people they help. I highly recommend Ms. Sheri and Ms. Toya — they definitely deserve five stars!
