We love living here! Brandi, Liz, & Karen are great! It's usually quiet, & maintenance team is awesome as well! Grounds are always kept clean & organized! Friendly workers & quaint little area & sweet location :)

Liz and every staff member I interacting with in passing were above and beyond courteous during the move in process. The grounds and unit were pristine. The fiber internet plan available was a pleasant surprise. The only ding against this complex are outdated (but functional) appliances and light fixtures. But that is a compromise I think I’ll be happy to make.

The property manager and staff do a great job. The Property stays neat and clean. The Pointe is a pleasant and safe place to live because of their dedication and their efficient work. The office staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance workers are hard working and respectful. No complaints!

Unit very clean and smells great at initial move-in. Power and all other utilities in place prior to arrival. Process and paperwork was easy and efficient. Thank you.

Very well taken care of so nothing terrible but there are several light posts in the parking lot that are out and lights in breeze ways/doors out as well. I want to feel safe in the parking lot and common spaces. Please fix potholes
