3 months living here, I changed to one star because the 5 star review I left was asked of me to leave....several times by the staff calling my personal phone, and I'm a nice guy. When I moved in the unit had no working AC and several things were broken, and then made worse by maintenance. The office staff is hard to get a hold of, and problems persist. Editing the edit: now we are having big issues with maintenance again, renting us a washer and dryer and not properly installing it for over 2 weeks now. I'd love to change this review to a higher rating but I just don't see the point anymore. Another update: now we are dealing with some kind of Asian beetle/ladybug infestation because of the windows not being sealed properly. Yet another update: this is the 3rd time in 5 months the AC

READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER!!! I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation has gone far beyond unacceptable. Our heat went out at the beginning of December. Maintenance initially came and told us everything was fine and to continue using it, even though it had already stopped working. When we contacted them again, they admitted something was wrong and said a replacement part needed to be ordered. That replacement never came. As a result, my family went through the entire Christmas holiday with no heat or air, despite temperatures dropping as low as 18 degrees outside and reaching 80 degrees on warmer days. While we were still waiting for the heat issue to be resolved, our microwave and dishwasher also stopped working, and we were told to simply wait for replacements. Shortly after t

Kaylen Neal was amazing. She was very down to earth very patient and articulated everything we needed to do. She was also a big help in finalizing all paperwork and showing that apartment to us.

I have tried to contact the leasing office but didn’t get an answer. However, a refrigerator has been sitting outside our front door for over a week now, which is very unpleasant. As far as I know, nobody has stopped by to remove it. UPDATE: 5 months later and this is the current view of what we see each time we leave/arrive to our apartment, which have been here for an extended period of time. The doors have been here for over three months, and the other item has been there for nearly two weeks now. Respectfully, we pay well over $1,200 a month to live here, and it is very unpleasant to have to see this every time we walk out of our apartment. Maintenance is in our area regularly, so they are aware of these items and that they need to be removed.
