I wouldn’t recommend moving here. The property manager Linda is A BIG LIAR and is only nice to get you to move then she shows her true colors. she tells maintenance to down play major issues so she can still collect rent. She lied about opening the pool. Many things were broken in the unit when I moved in 3 months ago and all they did was rig them to LOOK fixed. There’s a broken window in my building that they’ve yet to even try to fix. The maintenance man doesn’t speak any english, so it’s difficult to communicate about what’s going on. They spray strong harsh chemicals for bugs, yet there are still bugs. They refuse to fix the lights in the parking lot after a tree fell during a storm, so it’s pitch black in the parking lot at night. There are no washer dryer hookups but only a small la

I like living here. I am a disabled veteran and the property manager Linda has been very helpful and patient with me and my challenges. She does a good job of keeping the property safe and clean.

House has been flooded for 5 days now. Impossible to get in touch with any of the staff. They finally picked up yesterday and said they were going to send someone in 30 minutes but no one ever showed up. They need to be reported to Better Business Bureau and 311 and everyone else. Worst housing ive ever dealt with and these slumlords should be in jail

Please dont even bother to call no one gone answer .Dont apply cause they dont plan on getting back to anyone no time soon ofcourse. They gone take your application fee but wont even bother to call to give updates or anything. wont never know if you really approved or not . I dont even know how people living here when you cant get in contact with anyone.
