I had an absolutely terrible experience with the closing process. It was filled with delays, and the funding took an eternity. I dealt with individuals named Frank Bell and Amanda Evans, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid them. They promise to take over your property payments and transfer the deed to their name, but then they stop making payments entirely. Thanks to their actions, my property is now in foreclosure.
Kevin and his team are a pleasure with which to do business. They are knowledgeable and kind and an asset to Rockport-Fulton. I highly recommend RATCO for real estate title work and legal documents.

Funding issues. Looks like a common practice for this title company.
Funding took forever, closing kept getting pushed back. One person in office who was working from home at the time that could fund. It was a blame game between the title company and lender. Was absolutely ridiculous and will never use this title company again.
