We bought onevin a new subdivision and good price, but there prefered mortgage guy was very very slow and we closed 1day late and the girl in his office came in on her day off to get us in and paper signed. If he didn't have her, we probably would have walked away. My partner got grey hair while he slowly got stuff. AGAIN thank god the girl.in his office knew her job. He didn't even show up for the signing of the closing paper work, she did it all... There preferred mortgage, just say no too. We do have a beautiful built Hogan Home!!
