Pearl Point

Pearl Point is an amazing property. It’s quiet, clean and I have great neighbors. Ryanne is always cheerful and helpful. The food trucks are a special bonus! My apartment has the best layout with lots of room.This complex fits in well with the Rockport lifestyle.

So far my stay here has been great. New management is great at communication unlike previous one. Pearl Point is a great starter place to live and very safe and quiet. Maintenance is also great and gets things handled. I will return if I ever come back to Rockport TX.

When I walked in the door I was greeted with warm smiles. Rosanna was very helpful on the tour and the property is very clean and peaceful. I can’t wait to start my lease here in a couple of weeks!!! Update I love living here management and maintenance team are so great! Very quiet living I plan on staying here for awhile!!

What an amazing tour I had with Rosanna Property Manager. Rosanna was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The property is amazing, all the staff was pleasant. I know I am going to be very happy living at Pearl Point.

This property is very well kept and maintained. We toured other properties and chose this one because it fits in with the Rockport lifestyle. Karla made the whole process very easy for the paperwork and move in. She was very helpful with any questions we had.
